The stock list is short on purpose. An appliance earns a place on it when we can describe it accurately — the power it draws, the volume it holds, the space it needs on a worktop — and when the parts that wear out are the parts you can replace. A catalogue of thousands of near-identical listings is easy to build and impossible to stand behind, so we do not build one.

Every product page states the specification first and the sales pitch second, or not at all. Where a figure appears — wattage, capacity, piece count, blade count — it comes from the manufacturer’s own specification for that model. Where we do not have a figure, the listing says nothing rather than guessing, and the contact page is there for the question.

The photographs are the product photographs. If what arrives does not match them, that is a fault and the return policy treats it as one.

Orders are packed and shipped within the United States. The free-shipping threshold, the flat rate below it and the handling window are all published on the shipping policy page, and the return window is on the return and refund policy page. We would rather you read those before ordering than after.

The counter on Highland Avenue is open during the hours listed on the contact page, and the phone number there reaches the shop rather than a queue. If you are unsure whether a machine fits your kitchen, ask before you buy — it is a much shorter conversation than a return.
