This Shipping Policy outlines how orders from G & G Appliances are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Territory & Costs
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD $).

2. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times
| Order Cut-Off | orders placed before 2:00 PM PT are processed the same business day. |

| Processing Days | orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays. |
3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

4. Tracking & Delivery Accuracy
Once your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation containing the carrier name, tracking number, and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reshipment fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
5. Delivery Issues & Damages
| Damaged in Transit | report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@ggappliances.shop with photos of the item and its packaging. |

| Lost Packages | if tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can open a carrier investigation. |
